Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support
- Support HR with onboarding and administrative tasks
- Responsible for office pantry and stationery supply
- Maintain and update of company’s telephone and emergency contact list
- Manage and distribute of uniforms
- Documentation management in accordance to the compliance requirements
- Management and control of tooling inventory
- Support or perform other duties as assigned or required
Requirement
- Minimum GEC ‘N’ / ’O’ Level or Diploma in Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Well organised and attentive to details
- Capable of working independently with minimum supervision
