Event Management

• Plan, organize, and execute events, ensuring they align with the objectives and goals.

• Coordinate logistics, including vendors, suppliers, event staff, and on-site operations.

• Develop and manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness.

• Manage event-day operations, troubleshoot any issues, and ensure a seamless

experience.

• Collect and analyze post-event feedback for continuous improvement.

Copywriting

• Write engaging, persuasive copy for event promotions, marketing materials, websites,

speeches, and social media.

• Develop content that aligns with the brand voice and resonates with target audiences.

• Collaborate with the team, internal stakeholders or vendor to ensure consistency in

messaging across platforms.

• Edit and proofread content for clarity, accuracy, and brand alignment.

Business Operations

• Assist with business operations, including administrative tasks, mobility portal

management, and inquiries from students and university partners.

• Collect and analyze data to generate reports on event performance, attendee

engagement, and ROI.

• Monitor key performance metrics, identifying trends and recommending improvements.

• Collaborate with the finance and procurement team on invoicing and purchase order.

• Support the development of process documentation and operational policies to improve

efficiency

Job Scope

1) Process claim application
2) Checks for disbursement
3) Exception handling and refunds
4) Attend to escalated enquiries on claims
5) Collation of data / information / statistics for regular reporting
6) Provide administrative support
7) Undertake additional tasks as assigned

Requirements

1) At least Diploma holder
2) 1 to 2 years of working experiences (preferably) in processing claims, disbursement and refund
3) Good interpersonal and communicate skills (oral and written)
4) Must uphold strong code of work ethnics and confidentiality of information
5) Detailed and meticulous
6) Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
7) Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially in using MS Excel
