Job Responsibilities:

• Preparation and completion of medical inventory work including execute export AWBs
• Liaising with our customers, booking airfreight with airlines (training will be provided)
• Handle and update inventory documents, picking; and packing of pharma cold chains products
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Operations Manager

· Handle full spectrum of Corporate Secretarial work and attend to clients on all corporate secretarial matters

· Know your clients and perform customer due diligence

· Preparation of necessary documents for AGM, EGM, board and shareholders’ resolutions, striking off, etc

· Updating and maintaining of statutory registers

· Filing of documents with ACRA

· Proficiency in MS Word and Excel

· Accounting using Xero software

· Handling HR and MOM issues

• Assisting Executives and Lawyers with the filing/prosecution/renewal of trademarks
• Conduct searches and prepare search reports
• Draft email responses to clients on quotations and to respective overseas agents for conducting searches
• Responsibilities will include full administrative support such as generate file number, opening physical files, photocopying, faxing, filing, monitoring deadlines, dispatch, prepare draft bills, check unbilled, disbursements and excess payments
• Any other matters/projects that the management may require assistance with from time to time

Requirements:

• Diploma / 'A' level / 'O' level / Nitec in Office Skills
• Min 1 year of clerical or administrative experience
• Good interpersonal and communications skills
• Able to work independently in a fast-pace environment
• IT savvy and proficient in MS Office.
