Information:

1. Salary range: $2000 - $2500
2. Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, Saturday 9am to 1pm (No overtime)
3. Working location: Near to Yio Chu Kang MRT

Responsibilities:

• Prepare of the material and packaging material for the daily production;
• Support production including labelling of the bottles, filling, carry and moving of products.
• Maintain cleanliness of workplace and ensure machines are in good condition.
• Documentation and maintain the data of pre-weight till handover the goods to the warehouse;
• Support internal audit & external audit for ISO
• Sourcing & liaising with suppliers on the quotation and stock availability.
• Assist in coaching and guidance to the new employees.
• Raising orders of the raw material, plan the production schedule based on the inventory stock level.
• Ensure all the production operators, manufacturing process is accordance to SOP.
• Ensure the production is running smoothly.
• Learn and understand the production operation flow to complete the daily output.
• Create, update and maintain SAP system.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Chemical/Chemistry/Engineering
• At least 2 years manufacturing work experience is preferred
• Excellent communication to provide training and coaching to team member
• Knowledge in ISO 14001, ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 knowledge will be advantageous

Responsibilities:

• Oversee warehouse assistants on the safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of goods;
• Identify areas of improvement and maximize productivity
• Prepare and manage SAP system to optimize time management
• Monitor all deliveries for raw materials for production and ensure stocks are arranged & delivered.
• Prepare for Delivery Order and Packing List and assist on incoming and outgoing cargo.
• Maintain completed detailed warehouse materials identifications
• Ensure sufficient inventories and planning for future capacity requirements
• Withdrawing raw material/packaging material based on stock out request form and BMR List
• Raise PO when required and ensure timely arrangement of maintenance for forklift and stacker
• Conduct physical monthly inventories cycle counts and audit
• Provide monthly inventory reports on stock of raw material, packaging material & finished goods
• Responsible for the internal and external audit process and documentation
• Ensure WSH and security of the warehouse/receiving and distribution goods area at all times;
• Manage GMP and ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 guidelines, policy and SOPs
• Conduct refresher training for warehouse staff for cGMP and ISO SOPs
• Plan, supervise all warehouse staff and assign their work schedule and inventory.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Logistic Supply Chain/Warehouse Management
• At least 5 years in related with supervision experience
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word,
• Possess Forklift License
