Job Description
• Design and implement applications while creating customized libraries specifically for the SharePoint ecosystem.
• Administer user accounts, control access to libraries, and set permissions.
• Create web parts, lists, content types, site columns, master pages, and manage search navigation permissions, as well as oversee data administration.
• Develop workflow forms using SharePoint Designer and PowerApps/Flow.
• Regularly check SharePoint software for any errors or issues and resolve them swiftly.
• Oversee the consistent upkeep of the SharePoint platform.
• Maintain the integrity of the network infrastructure, addressing encryption, security zones, and firewalls.
• Manage and modify the site layout as necessary.
• Analyze daily user activity for useful insights.
• Implement version upgrades and system refreshes.
• Maintain comprehensive records of updates, maintenance tasks, and user engagements.
• Report updates and usage statistics to company leadership.
• Provide technical assistance and training to users when needed.
• Conduct data retrieval and backup processes.
• Carry out data cleaning and archiving to ensure sufficient storage capacity.
• Experience in a SharePoint developer or administrator role
• Experience building, developing, and administrating sites in hybrid environments
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems, SQL server, Power BI, PowerShell
• Knowledge of the .NET framework, Azure Active Directory, and SharePoint site configuration
• Knowledge of website layouts and HTML
• SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript, C#, REST API, PowerShell, HTML/CSS, SharePoint Designer, .Net and SQL Server.
