Responsibilities:

• Admin support such as PO processing, DO and invoicing
• Monthly Reports
• Keep the item prices up to date
• Inventory control
• Logistics filling and documents
• To finish all the task as assigned and complete all other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum O level or other relevant field of studies
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experiences

• Be the front line for all visitors, prospects and customers in the showroom

• Receive and forward queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence

• Provision of drinks and snacks to visitors, prospects and customers

• Monitoring of whereabouts of all members of the sales department

• Preparation of all documentation for delivery

• Manage showroom and test-drive cars

• In charge of showroom and pantry area

• Perform administrative duties
