- Oversee the Order and Receipt Processes, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Proactively follow up on backorders, coordinating with suppliers to confirm delivery dates.
- Conduct ordering with a deliberate focus on adherence to established time frames.
- Timely perform parts receipting processes to maintain up-to-date inventory records.
- Monitor backorders ETA dates and liaise with suppliers to track and ensure delivery schedules.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in managing logistics-related documents.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Attention to detail and meticulous work approach.
