Job Description

The incumbent will play a key role in working closely with the School’s stakeholders involved in undergraduate medical education, particularly senior leadership and key administrative partners of healthcare institutions, to ensure that funding for training medical students are accurately disbursed, payment disputes are resolved satisfactorily, and compile data for reporting purposes. • Review Family Med’s budget proposals

• Contribute to the development and implementation of C&B policies, ensuring compliance with internal standards and legal regulations.
• Foster clear communication of compensation and benefits offerings to employees, enhancing understanding and engagement.
• Prepare regular reports on compensation trends, budget analysis, and headcount costs for senior leadership.
• Manage or support C&B-related projects, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Key Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, with a strong focus on managing end-to-end C&B processes.
• Experience in luxury goods, fashion, or related industries is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Additional certifications (e.g., CCP, GRP) are advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with compensation management tools and HRIS systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of global C&B trends and regulatory requirements.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a high level of integrity and professionalism.
