· Operating a variety of kitchen appliances and instruments including cutters, knives, mixers and ovens

· Managing inventory, unloading supplies and organising the storeroom

· Participates in and/or contributes to programs, committees, or projects designed to improve quality of service and employee productivity.

· Maintains clean work areas, utensils, and equipment.

· Develop new menu items while improvising the existing ones.

· Maintain and manage kitchen expenses,food costs, inventory, and staffing with in budgetary limits.

· Able to cook north Indian food.

· Able to do shift work.

Assist in the preparation of food according to standard procedures, recipe cards, photographs and given instructions

Prepare and cook food in all areas of the kitchen as and when directed

Able to deliver food items on time with consistent standard & presentations

Coordinate food production, stock and quality

Ensure station is organized so that meals go out on time and the work area remains clean and orderly

Constantly check the quality of food prepared with regards to taste and temperature according to the company standard

Monitor and fully implement the portion control established with the recipes to reduce spoilage and wastage

Oversee the cleanliness of kitchen, the equipment, work stations and environment.

Manage all the daily work of the company, be responsible for all the work in the store business, such as workers taking leave to replace their posts, etc., print documents, copy documents, use OFFICE, PS, CAD, organize store inventory, replenish inventory, and other work in the business, as well as the daily management of the decoration company, arrange the daily work of the decoration company workers, such as engineering drawings, engineering quotations, etc. In the future, the company may open a hypermarket business, and I will also be responsible for all the daily work of the company's hypermarket. Working hours are from 12 noon to 12 midnight. You need to work overtime frequently from 8 to 12 in the morning, be hardworking and capable, obey work arrangements, and go to work on Saturdays and Sundays.
