• Oversee the scheduling regular maintenance on all vehicle

• Shifting of scheduling based on day-to-day requirements

• Handle calls from drivers pertaining to any accidents or vehicle breakdown

• Verification of all ad hoc bus driver timesheet submission

• Assignment of subcontracts for outsourcing jobs

• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned

• Has relevant experience related to transport or bus operations

• Independent, focused and driven

• A team player with a strong sense of responsibility

• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision, multitask and work well in a fast pace environment

• Able to work under pressure

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle recruitment & placement activities (job advertisement, screening, interview, MOM work pass application and on board procedures).
• Review, design & implement HR process and policies to meet company's objective.
• Responsible in annual staff appraisal, audit process and organising HR events.
• Handle payroll.
• Ensuring total compliance in Singapore Labour Law.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma in Human Resource Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant HR Recruitment experience.
• Possess of a positive attitude and take initiative at work.
• Comfortable with a fast paced working environment.

• Full scope of finance operation include AR, AP and GL.
• Preparation of Corporate tax submission
• Deal with auditor, tax agent and secretary and law regulatory.
• Familiar with MYOB accounting software
• Collaborate with other department to create project budgets
• To assist purchases and other duties

Requirements:

• Bachelor / Master Degree in Finance and Accountancy
• At least 2 years if working experience
• Good communication and written skill
• Independent and able to provide sound judgement
