Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in kitchen management within the high-end dining industry, with experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar position preferred.
• Expertise in a variety of culinary techniques, with a particular focus on high-end dining, ingredient handling, and menu innovation.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills, with the ability to maintain efficiency under pressure.
• In-depth knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring the kitchen complies with regulations.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate between the kitchen and front-of-house teams.

Job Requirements
