-To support outdoor sales in quotations and enquiries

-To ensure smooth delivery for all confirmed orders

-Ensure all related paperwork such as quotations, purchase orders to Suppliers, deliveries are done properly

-To provide after sales customer support if needed

Requirements:

-IT sales experience with at least 1 - 2 years of relevant experience is an advantage

-Customer oriented, good interpersonal and communication skills

-High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment, responsible, able to handle stress; including the ability to work independently and challenging environment

-Self-motivated to expand personal professional knowledge of product and selling skills

-Proficient with computer, especially Microsoft office applications namely, Outlook, Excel and Word

Other Information:

Working hours: 9-6pm (Monday to Friday). May need to work late occasionally.

Description

• Perform daily group stock opening report
• Supervise logistics team on invoices and delivery order
• Executive daily sales orders for accessories and handsets
• Perform daily allocation for accessories and handsets
• Receive ORs and premium accessories
• Perform online ecommerce order
• Require to do packing for accessories and handset order when require
• Perform weekly housekeeping
• Manage cycle count and stock count activities
• Effective planning of manpower to ensure the orderly and timely execution of operational activities
• Perform RMA and liaise with supplier on the return of goods
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Description:

The Livestreamer will play a key role in promoting DixmondSG’s homegrown hair care products through engaging live sessions across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have excellent on-camera presentation skills and the ability to foster strong viewer interactions to drive sales and brand loyalty. This is a remote work-from-home position, requiring a daily commitment of 3 hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Livestream Hosting & Product Promotion:Conduct live product presentations from 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM daily, showcasing DixmondSG’s product range.
  Highlight product features, demonstrate usage, and communicate the benefits in a compelling manner to drive customer interest and sales.
  
• Customer Engagement & Interaction:Respond to viewer questions and comments in real-time, creating a welcoming and engaging atmosphere.
  Encourage customer participation, promote special offers, and provide personalized recommendations during live sessions.
  
• Sales Performance & Conversion:Utilize effective sales techniques to maximize conversions during each session.
  Promote ongoing promotions, discounts, and call-to-action incentives to boost sales.
  
• Session Preparation & Coordination:Work with the marketing and product teams to prepare talking points, promotional materials, and visuals for each live session.
  Stay informed about new products, market trends, and any changes to product specifications or promotions.
  
• Reporting & Feedback:Deliver concise reports on livestream performance, including sales metrics, customer feedback, and suggestions for improvement.
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience in livestreaming, sales, or customer engagement roles (e-commerce or influencer experience preferred).
• Strong communication and presentation skills with a confident, engaging on-screen presence.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adept at handling real-time viewer interactions.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and online sales strategies.
• Interest in the beauty and hair care industry is advantageous.
