The Job

The Senior Executive, eCommerce Campaigns will be responsible for supporting the execution of Mighty Jaxx’s e-commerce strategy and event marketing across the APAC region (excluding China). As a Partnership and Engagement Executive, you will focus on building and strengthening relationships between ZBSchools and educators, encouraging active subscriptions and utilisation of our online portal ZBSchools.sg as a teaching resource. This includes managing relationships with external stakeholders, such as the Ministry of Education, other education institutions and cultural organisations. You will also be involved in commercial projects and partnerships and will be required to create pitch decks, funding papers, and proposals for client engagement and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Educators and Schools Engagement

○ Establish and foster positive relationships with educators to drive subscriptions and encourage the use of ZBSchools.sg for teaching purposes.

○ Conduct regular outreach to schools and educational institutions to showcase ZBSchools’ resources and benefits.

○ Compile and document actionable insights from teachers’ feedback through informal or formal channels (e.g surveys or user interviews)

2. Partnerships Management

Student Life and Student Club Activities

• Work with students, student leaders and student clubs to organize activities and programmes to promote interaction, build and strengthen the sense of community between student cohorts as well as with alumni
