· Identify and develop potential business opportunities;

RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS:

· Maintain a charming and groomed appearance as we greet our guests during their entrance to our venue

· Managing Reservations, walk ins & Event bookings below 40 guests

· Knowledge of the offers provided by the venue is required, such as Food, Beverage, Seating Options and Promotions

· Knowledge of Reservation Flow; Consumer View, Booking Platforms, Booking Processes

· Knowledge of Reservations/ Events Policies

· Monitor daily bookings and ensure assigned tables are prepared prior to their arrival

· Ensure that all requests are properly noted on reservation lists and followed up with

· Showing guests to their assigned tables

· Provide menu and announce server’s name

· As a member of the Front Desk, you will also be required to keep informative with the abouts in Sentosa; Ongoing and upcoming Events. Transport timings and methods. Directions and Map of Sentosa etc

· Know the profile of your guests before shift to anticipate and have a sense of who is visiting the Restaurant. Ensure all reservation requests and VIPs of the day are communicated to the respective service captains

· Ensure special guests, like disabled people, elderly, children and VIPs, receive personalized services

· Maintain constant awareness of operations and reservations on site

· In this role, you will be responsible for anticipating upcoming reservations, turnovers, and ensuring that walk-ins and last minute reservations are handled in a timely manner in each of the respective seating areas based upon turnovers, peak periods, and the current manpower availability to assure smooth operation flow

· Maintain efficiency in response; Phone Calls, Email Enquiries, Whatsapp Enquiries

· Constantly updated with incoming Reviews; appraise and bring up to the Team on Positive and Negative Reviews. Address customer complaints and escalate to the Guest Relations Manager

· Cashier duties; completing transactions, opening and closing cashier duties

· Data Reporting; updating of sales report

• Prepare and process invoices, contracts, and other business documents accurately.
• Support day-to-day operations by liaising with suppliers, vendors, and contractors.

SERVICE SALES

· Identify and develop potential business opportunities;

· Responsible for maintaining an existing customer base, create new customer accounts and business development;

· Achieve sales & profit targets set by the company;

· Cultivate and enhance long term relationship with new and existing customers;

· To process quotation on recommended parts to customers within 1 day upon receipt of reports through eSOS;

· To generate an invoice for billing to customers within 1 day upon completion of the job through eSOS;

· Ensure immediate response to Customers and close follow-ups with Customers via email, phone call, text messaging and faxes;

· Ensuring customers’ requirements are clearly and adequately defined before handing over to the project and operation team;

· Schedule and coordinate with customers on Load Test (LT) / Visual Inspections (VI);

· Ensure all Customers crane details are updated to eSOS accurately;

· Ensure on sending mass emails to customers on new/revised service rates;

· Gather Customers’ feedback and develop corrective measures for Management reviews;

· Responsible for providing a high standard of customer service

· To generate weekly reports to update management on the progress of all enquiries and order confirmation to both internal and external customers

· Conduct weekly meeting with inter-related depts. such as Sales, Parts Executive, Finance, Store, Purchasing possible for providing a high standard of Customer Service;

· Ensure timely billing for service job completed within 3 working days through ESOS to customers;

SERVICE OPS.

· Responsible for updates of daily Technician Schedules, including breakdown calls, maintenance, load tests, visual inspection, etc to ESOS.

· To conduct morning briefing with Technicians on ensuring their awareness of the job schedule for the day itself;

· To organise weekly operations meetings with Technicians;

· Work closely with Supervisor on assigning right team for jobs;

· Ensure timely deliveries, right quality and quantity of parts to Customers;

· To ensure electrical jobs under projects are completed on time by Technicians;

· Responsible for maintenance of Equipment List and update of all relevant parts details on regular basis;

· To ensure Technicians are always in proper and clean overalls;

· To check on proper housekeeping at the Service Area, Electrical room, truck cleanliness;

· To ensure tools in toolboxes, tools in tool bags, full PPE of technicians, stocks in trucks are checked on a weekly basis;

OTHERS

· Ensure procedures, standards and guidelines are followed and maintained;

· Ensure all documentation of records are up to date and filed accordingly;

· Any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time.
