• Proficient in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

• Provide general administrative support to Sales Department
• Attend to inbound calls and liaise with customers and vendors on sales related matters
• Maintain proper filling, correspondence and records
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ level with 2 years of administrative experience in any field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
