• Handle employee records and activate/deactivate staff access cards
• Record minutes for Admin and Operations Monthly meetings
• Handle facilities booking and permits
• Assist in sustainability projects Coordinate various certification documentation for internal and external audits
• Collate new and renewal for missing documents
• Preparing of staff rosters and Plan cover for staff absence and those on leave
• Collate and submit staff claims for transport, overtime, and wellness benefits
• Provide support for Feedback system
