Position Overview

The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing full administrative and executive support to the Managing Director & Co-CEO and others as required. • Negotiate/Liaise with various external transport providers to identify the best cost saving methods for transporting the company’s equipment between various locations
• All other adhoc duties as assigned

Job Summary

Process make-up pay claims to ensure that payments are processed in accordance with the stipulated policies and guidelines so that claimants are compensated fairly, consistently and timely.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

1) Performance Management – Achieve operational goals and key performance indicators that are aligned to the organisation’s overall strategic objectives.

2) Operation Management – Process claims to ensure make-up pay payments are timely and accurate and in accordance with stipulated policies and guidelines.

3) Customer Service – Execute the customer service support initiatives to deliver a highly professional standard of service to customers.

4) Claims Consultancy – Provide guidance to the claimants on complex claims & deviation cases regularly to ensure consistency, fairness and prudence in decisions made.

5) Customer Communication – Execute the communication programs to shape the behaviour of employers/NSmen and guide servicemen in their claims processing.

1) Diploma Holder in any discipline or Equivalent may apply
