Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and executing of 360 marketing campaigns: both online and offline.
• Monitor and review effectiveness of promotions and campaigns in relation to KPI.
• Manage social media channels (content inclusive), website, CRM program and e-commerce platforms.
• Plan and implement strategies to optimize new customer acquisition, conversion, frequency, and loyalty both online and offline.
• Keep up with current market trends.

• Minimum Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related disciplines with 2 years of working experience in Marketing-related roles
• Excellent command of English (written & spoken)
• Proficient in Mac inter-surface
• Proficient in Adobe CC software; especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro/Phone Editing Software, Photography

Job Responsibilities

• Attend to feedback and manage relation of occupants
• Investigate and follow up with appropriate methodology and effective defect rectification works
• Attend and manage fitting-in AND fitting-out works to ensure house rules, authorities’ requirement and prescribed safety standards are complied
• Liaise and co-ordinate with contractors / vendors to ensure that their works/service delivery are completed on time and as per contract requirements and agreed KPIs
• Ensure timely implementation and completion in renewal of term contracts and statutory licenses
• Raise PO and certify job completion / delivery undertaken by contractors / vendors
• Manage and update online systems including occupant portal, digital directory.
