Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Security System Service Provider
• Position Title: Contract HR Admin Assistant
• Working Location: East (Nearest MRT: Tai Seng)
• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday-Friday, 9 am-6 pm)
• Salary Package: Up to SGD 2400
• Duration: 3–6-month contract (Renewable if performance meets expectations)

Key Responsibilities

• Data Entry, Organize, develop and maintain proper filing system.
• Provide daily general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operational activities for vehicle preventative matter.
• Assist in monthly payroll processing and recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates and conducting interviews.
• Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
• Responsible for online submission of IR8A/IR21 forms and filing of HR documents.
• Keep employee records up to date.
• Monitor the expiry of worker training certifications.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, Order office pantry supplies and stationery, Answer incoming calls, and arrange business travel (flights, hotels, etc.).
• Prepare project contracts (tender documents), Process invoices, quotations, purchase orders, and delivery orders for customers.
• Prepare shipping documents, coordinate with freight forwarders for incoming and outgoing shipments, ensure on-time delivery to customers, and prepare commercial invoices for overseas suppliers.
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management from time to time.
