Contract Period: From 1 Mar 2025 to 28 Feb 2026 (Base Year) + 1 Mar 2026 to 28 Feb 2027 (Option Year)
Working hours:
· Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 0.5hr lunch break
· Fridays: 7:00am to 3:30pm, inclusive of 0.5hr lunch break
· Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
Scope of services:
1. Perform as Admin Assistant located at the School’s General Office to attend to all general queries, eg. public queries and attending to the needs of pupils, to ensure all queries are corresponded to the public/student in a timely manner, receive deliveries.
2. Assist the General Office in other secondary duties such as updating daily student attendance, collect, enter, record and maintain data and information into the school’s IT systems, spreadsheets and/or other forms of records, manage correspondence, including typing of documents, filing and faxing.
3. Perform any other administrative duties assigned by the School Leaders or Admin Manager.
Qualifications, skills and experience:
a) Good communication, pleasant disposition and inter-personal skills
b) Basic Proficiency in MS Office like Word, Excel and PowerPoint and GCE 'O' or “N” level with a credit in English.
c) Preferably have at least one year of past experience working in a school environment.
