· Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

· At least 6 to 8 years of Information Technology experience

· Hands on exposure to Content management System and good exposure in the data center management experience

· In depth knowledge of Linux: RedHat Linux with Automation skills

· Fault finding, analysis and of logging information for reporting of performance exceptions

· Collaborate with other teams and team members

· Documentation- Documents all technical activities

· Ticketing and monitoring tool experience like ServiceNow and OP5

· Strong problem solving and communication skills

· Experienced in installation, configuration, administration, troubleshooting, security, backup, recovery and upgrades of Linux Servers.

· Candidate must be well versed in the OS upgrade especially Red hat 6.X to Red hat 8.x
