• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
• Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
• Maintain and update sales and customer records on CRM software and send monthly/quarterly product updates (.e.g promotions) to customers
• Establish production KPIs and conduct quality assessments to ensure all systems operate smoothly and align with our quality standards
• Monitor financial data and recommend solutions that will improve profitability
• Bring in sales thru telecommunication
• Update product listings and promotions on e-commerce platforms
• Handle customers’ queries through phone and ecommerce platforms
• Assist in Google, Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns and report on campaign performance for decision making
• Manage and lead interns within the team
• Any ad-hoc matters/tasks assigned.
