What we’re looking for is an expert who can effectively streamline processes and requests. Reporting to the facilities manager, you’ll provide superior call logging services—receiving and logging complaints containing complete details of the requests.

• Tax Compliance:
  • Preparing and filing tax returns, including corporate income tax, sales tax, and payroll taxes.
  • Staying up-to-date on tax laws and regulations.
  • Working with tax advisors to ensure compliance.
• Revenue Recognition: Complex revenue recognition rules for membership fees, event registrations, and sponsorship deals.
• Inventory Management: Managing inventory of sports equipment, apparel, and merchandise.

1. Responsible for daily admin work, including fixed assets management, vehicle and dormitory rental and management.

2. Responsible for hotel and air ticket booking

4. Assist in the reception and logistics support of the conference and various activities

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'A' level
• At least 2 years of administrative work experience, proficient in using various office software, and possessing certain data analysis skills
• Familiar with administrative affairs, housing and vehicle rental, hotel and flight booking, etc;
• Good communication skills, with Mandarin as second language to liaise with our Chinese counterparts, subcons, suppliers, etc.
• Have strong interpersonal communication and coordination skills, sense of responsibility and team spirit, and high executive ability.
• Singaporean or Singapore PR preferred

【Responsibilities】
