Contract Period: From 13 Jan 2025 to 31 Oct 2025
Working hours:
• Monday and Tuesday, when there is no other school event: 0730h to 1700h, with a 1-hour lunch break. Total working hours: 8.5 hours.
• Wednesday, Infocomm Club CCA training day: 0730h to 1800h, with a 1-hour lunch break. Total working hours: 9.5 hours
• Thursday, when there is no other school event: 0830h to 1700h, with a 1-hour lunch break. Total working hours: 7.5 hours
• Friday, when there is no other school event: 0730h to 1630h, with a 1-hour lunch break. Total working hours: 8 hours
o School has the right to decide the reporting time during school events.
o Personnel must complete the required daily working hours.
o Service is not required on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays, unless there is a school event.
o In the event of not being able to report for work, or on time, due to various reasons, personnel must inform the School according to the required protocols and the complete a mandatory leave request form.
Scope of Services:
Infocomm Club CCA Duties
· To support Infocomm Club CCA by providing training to the students on the use of AV equipment and media editing.
Audio-Visual (AV) Duties
· To carry out the work assigned by ICT Manager or HOD/SH ICT, act as the AVA Executive for the school and provide AV technical support for teaching and learning purposes as well as school events, including but not limited to setup of projection, sound system and control room operation.
· To perform servicing for AV equipment and maintain usage and service records of such equipment and assist in the maintenance of all AV equipment.
Event Support Duties
· To be the photographer and videographer to record footage and photos for school events.
· To edit, archive and update photo montages and videos for school.
· To setup AV equipment for school events.
Non-SSOE ICT Infrastructure Maintenance
· Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Provide day-to-day support for non-SSOE ICT hardware and software issues across the school under the instructions of HOD/SH ICT and ICT Manager. This includes managing device setups, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and ensuring smooth functioning of all non SSOE ICT equipment.
· Maintenance of ICT Resources: Oversee the inventory, maintenance, and timely updates of all non-SSOE ICT and AV equipment. This includes maintaining the security of school devices, ensuring software updates are applied, and managing equipment booking systems for staff and student use.
The personnel shall minimally have the following skills:
· Good relevant technical knowledge in AVA, including but not limited to setup of sound system, projectors, and others.
· Good relevant technical knowledge in videography, including but not limited to video filming, video editing and sound editing.
· Good relevant technical knowledge in photography, including but not limited to photo taking, photo editing and basic graphic design.
· Having a good proficiency in English.
Qualifications and experience:
· A National Trade Certificate Grade II or equivalence in relevant discipline
· Minimum 1 year of working experience, in ICT related area or school(s), and in AVA implementations.
· Good track record in AVA and ICT support
