You are responsible for managing and replying emails on customer complaints, shipping orders and enquiries. Other warehouse operations might include printing air waybill (AWB) and inventory tracking. You must be interested to learn coffee machines and its technicalities.
Responsibilities:
• Managing day-to-day emails, responding to user enquiries and resolving technical problems calmly and promptly.
• Patient and possess excellent communication skills to provide technical support and guidance to end-users.
• Liase with the fulfillment manager to ensure seamless integration of email enquiries with the correct order fulfillment.
• Liase with the fulfillment manager on operational inventory tracking, printing air waybill (AWB) and order fulfillment
