Job Responsibilities:
· Responsible for work pass administration such as work pass applications, renewal, cancellation and issuance.
· On Boarding/off-boarding of workers, including arrange medical check-up, CSOC, levy bond and etc
· Calculations of workers’ overtime,payroll
· Update and keep record of workers’ leave , medical leave ,home leave
· Worker’s training – include Core Trade Renewal / New Courses and others safety related courses
· Manage Worker’s Dormitory, arrange accommodation for foreign workers.
· Update Dormitory record and the movement of foreign workers list for various project sites
· Coordinate with all departments on hiring plans, resignations, confirmation and all HR related matters.
· Assist in training related matters including coordination or enrolment of internal & external courses, update & maintain training record etc.
· Provide advice and handle all employee inquiries on HR-related matters
· Assist with day-to-day operations in the department.

Job Requirements:
·Possess min O level. A Level or a Diploma or in Human Resources or Administrative / Business Studies
·Knowledge of Employment Act, MOM regulations and HR practices is a must
·Minimum 1 Years of relevant experience.
·Working experience on worker management will be an added advantage
·Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
·Ability to multi-task, work independently.
·Ability to work 5.5 days with alternate saturday off
·Able to start immediately or within a short notice.
