Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure that all types of routine and ad hoc repair works undertaken by the term contractors are carried out according to the Contract.
• Enforce all vendors onsite (in-house or tenant’s vendors) to adhere to the property’s house rules and safety’s regulations.
• Review and approve Permit to Work submission by contractor or event organiser.
• Verify and validate payments/quotations and recommendations submitted by the vendors.
• Verify service report for invoices processing and payment.
