Job Responsibilities
• Meeting developers, consultants, and contractors to get products specified and selected for their projects.
• Monitoring market trends, and competitor offerings, and providing regular market updates.
• Develop new accounts while maintaining existing accounts.
• Constantly focusing on sales growth and brand management.
• Monitor market trends and competitor offerings with regular updates.
• Identifying market opportunities, achieving sales targets, and expanding the customer base.
Key Requirements
• Minimum Diploma holder.
• 3-4 years of business development/sales experience, preferably in the building materials/construction industry.
• Must possess an aggressive and proactive approach, as this is a hunter role.
• Proficient in analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks in a highly dynamic environment with a positive attitude, self-motivation, and self-drive.
• Experienced in preparing and managing tenders and quotations.
• Expertise in Project Management
