• Manage Secure Thumbdrive through management portal, assign to the Primary user and shared user
• Account administration (creation/Deletion/unlock/reset/rename) used for Thumbdrive access.
• EUCD – to handle End user computing devices including Desktop, laptop, printers, tablets, mobile, scanners and their related peripherals and accessories.
• Perform basic hardware testing when receiving assets. testing includes power up, check of monitor display, size of SSD, Ram. Check if any Bios password is removed for lease end return asset

Requirements:

• Experience in IT Asset Management role
• Have Asset admin support experience
• Well verse in EUCD – End user computing devices including Desktop, laptop, printers, tablets, mobile, scanners and their related peripherals and accessories.

Our client is a property management company, and they are looking for a Marketing Admin to assist their team. The company is located in the Downtown and is easily accessible.

Duration: 3 Months Contract

Working hours: Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm

Responsibilities:

• Raise purchase orders and requisitions
• Follow up with vendors for payments and invoices
• Coordinate invoice approvals with finance
• Reconcile e-vouchers and submit for payment
• Update tenants on payment status and assist with forms
• Track tenant participation forms
• Organize marketing materials in SharePoint
• Help the marketing team with projects
• Prepare rental agreements and work with finance on invoices

Requirements:

• Experience in admin work within a marketing department
