Job Scope

• Answering standard enquiries via email

• Answering phone calls

• Opening college access via the Oracle system

• Verifying whether newly offered applicants have changed their program during this period and batching

• Checking whether applicants have applied for scholarships

• Manually updating those offered external scholarships via Oracle

• Assisting in content creation for scholarship collateral

• Other ad-hoc duties as required
