Providing administration support to the Project Management Department (logistics and accommodation arrangements, order Processing and document control), ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency and helping the team meet its targets by handling the important administrative tasks while ensure compliance. Site Administration Work - 70%

• Arrange technical advisors/supervisors’ logistics and including travel arrangements and control of visas, permits and Jurong island pass.
