Job Description:

• Assist on admission/application matters for graduate research/coursework programmes
• Check and verify documents for students admitting in AY2024/5
• Checking of applications and verifying details are correctly recorded
• Follow up on outstanding documents via email
• Data entry of student’s record
• Attend to email and phone enquiries.
• Ad-hoc duties as per assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:

• A level/Polytechnic Diploma in any disciplines with/without relevant admin experience.
• Preference will be given to those with admin experience
• Possess initiative and able to work independently as well as in a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Well organized and meticulous

• Position Title: Admin cum Accounts Executive
• Working Location: Robinson Road
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9.30 am – 6 pm
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Performance Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Manage general administrative tasks.
• Organize and save account data in shared folders.
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers for quotes.
• Handle documentation and simple processing tasks.
• Assist with company events and transportation arrangements.
• Prepare customer credit limit reports.
• Arrange cheque deposits and courier services.
• Enter supplier invoices into SAP.
• Send monthly Statements of Account and reminder emails.
• Prepare payments and transfers via online banking.
• Monitor and follow up on client billings and vendor payments.

• At least 1 year of relevant experience is a plus.
