Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a General Insurance environment.
• Hold at least 2 certificates (BCP, PGI, ComGI).
• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent qualification.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software (Salesforce).
• Knowledge of the motor insurance market is a plus.
• Experience in underwriting, claims, quotations, or insurance customer service is highly desirable.

We are looking for an E-commerce Sales Executive to be part of our Sales Team. What will you do:

· Prepare and upload product listing including content for various e-commerce partner’s platforms such as Redmart, Shopee, Fairprice Online, Tiktok, Lazada, Facebook, etc in Singapore

· Maintain and ensure all products information such as pricing, inventory, etc are up to date and available-to-sell

· Receive and respond to eCommerce customer inquiries and concerns. . Coordinating customer service through web chat, phone, and emails

· Managing eCommerce customer’s comments and review through social media

· Plan the overall digital marketing strategies. Take charge of conceptualizing, developing and executing ideas for marketing projects ( Digital Marketing & Social Media Content)

. Familiar with Google Analytics, CRM, SEO, and SEM

· Analyse trends, sales leads, products sale performance, short term, and midterm sales forecast

· Drive monthly/yearly sales target achievement across sales network

· Work closely with various departments head to plan and execute all marketing strategies in order to achieve the sale target

· Consolidate sales performance from each platform for reporting and recommendation purposes
