Main Responsibilities:

• Support gaining and maintaining ISO certification and other relevant certifications
• Assist in quality and HSE auditing in Singapore and Australia
• Investigate incidents and product nonconformity to identify causes and prevention methods
• Ensure quality procedures are adhered to throughout the organization
• Conduct quality checks and inspections on manufacturing and installation processes
• Support and promote the company's incident reporting and management system
• Identify and minimize exposure to risks and hazards
• Coordinate with the business on training and dialogue sessions with customers, contractors, and suppliers
• Participate in HSE committee meetings and implement HSE procedures and standards
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations related to product safety and quality
• Submit monthly quality reports, including data on notifications, workflow, and cost impact
• Chair monthly QIP meetings and monitor notifications
• Provide guidance to the business on HSE and QMS expertise
• Train and mentor technicians and quality assurance team members on system aspects
• Administrative Tasks
• Control system documentation and procedures for Southeast Asia, including Australia
• Act as secretary for monthly quality meetings
• Perform other quality and HSE tasks as directed

Requirements:

• Qualification in Engineering, Safety, Quality or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years or more working experience in QA/QC in a manufacturing (steel-work related / machinery) environment
• Minimum of 2 years or more working experience in managing HSE programs in Industrial or manufacturing environment with experience in construction industry is desirable.
