Requirements

• Sales driven.
• 5 years relevant fashion retail experience.
• Passionate about customer service and creating a unique brand experience within our boutiques.
• Team player with exceptional eye for detail that enjoys working and engaging with people.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop and form relationship at all levels.
• Able to speak and communicate effectively in English.

• Position : Admin Executive (Loan Documentation/Sin Ming Dr)
• Location : Sin Ming Dr
• Working hours : Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3200 + AWS + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave

Main Responsibilities:

• Handle loans documentation for block discounting and other finance facilities
• Ensure accurate and timely creation, monitoring and maintenance of loan and facility records
• Assist with preparation of facility reports
• Liaise with internal and external parties for processing and verification of loans documentation, facility drawdown and redemption requests
• Assist with other administrative functions as and when required

Requirements:

• Possess minimum Diploma in Business / Banking & Finance, or related discipline, preferably with minimum 1 year’s relevant working experience in loans documentation
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office with good Excel knowledge and be sensitive with numbers
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
