About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized individual to manage our daily operations. Effective communication is crucial to ensure seamless workflow.
Responsibilities:
● Daily Delivery Management: Review and organize delivery orders each morning, plan and arrange daily delivery routes, and identify orders requiring installation for efficient operations.
● Customer Order Management: Handle online order inquiries promptly and provide customers with accurate updates on their delivery status to maintain high service standards.
Requirements:
1. Tech savvy, able to use computers efficiently as we are primarily an eCommerce business
2. Meticulous and attention to details is a must
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
4. Able to multitask efficiently
