HR & Admin Executive

• Working Days: Monday – Friday
• Working Hours: 08:00am - 05 :00pm
• Location: Jurong
• Salary: $2,800 - $3,000 + $90 Transport Allowance

Responsibilities:

• Process monthly payroll and overtime payments.
• Handle employee work pass applications and cancellations
• Manage the onboarding and offboarding process
• Assist with recruitment activities such as posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Ensure timely tax clearance for employees.
• Manage insurance claims for employees, including medical and accident claims.
• Perform other HR-related tasks or projects as required.
• Issue uniforms to new employees during onboarding and manage uniform inventory.
• Perform general office administrative duties such as filing, organizing, and managing office supplies and stock.

Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resource or a related field
• At least 1 year of relevant experience

Job Description:

• Compile and report data for Dengue and daily attendance.
• Procure stationary and process PRs through the procurement portal.
• Monitor and scan RFID tags to order MMD supplies (e.g., Zebras, sticky labels, paper cups).
• Ensure department stocks (stationery, envelopes, copier paper, toner, etc.) are well-maintained.
• Maintain an inventory sheet for tracking department supplies.
• Prepare staff biodata and induction files for new hires.
• Log staff fingerprints into the biometric system.
• Handle office admin tasks (faxing, scanning, shredding, filing).
• Coordinate meetings and room bookings.
• Process staff claims via e-pay or petty cash.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Administration, Public Health, or Healthcare Management preferred
• Minimum of three years' experience in a Contact Centre or operations/project management desirable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications necessary
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and independently
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills essential
• Service-oriented and customer-focused mindset expected
