Job Scope:

• Contribute to development of strategies and workplans to enhance workplace health, staff well-being and engagement
• Contribute in the conceptualisation, design, implementation, evaluation review, and continuous enhancement of staff engagement and well-being initiatives.
• Consult and co-lead with institution leads (where appropriate) as part of communities of practice to enhance staff wellbeing, especially for staff protection measures against abuse and harassment by external and internal perpetrators, mental wellbeing, resiliency, peer support programs etc.
• Track established indicators as appropriate (e.g. pulse surveys), and collaborate with institutions’ leads to analyze and improve wellbeing where necessary

• Serve on the secretariat team to provide: research and coordination support to achieve the objectives and related terms of reference

• Perform yield management to ensure rate offers are competitive, and aligned with company guidelines

• Knowledge in Tableau, Power BI preferred
