Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Officer/Executive to join our Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) company. The ideal candidate will support the smooth functioning of the organization by managing administrative tasks, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the M&E project and operations teams.
Prepare and manage project documentation, including contracts, reports, and correspondence.
Maintain schedules, appointments, and deadlines for ongoing M&E projects.
Manage office supplies, logistics, and day-to-day administrative tasks.
Handle communications with vendors, suppliers, and contractors for procurement and coordination.
Maintain accurate records and filing systems for company operations.
Support human resources tasks such as onboarding, timesheet management, and employee records.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in documentation.
Assist in preparing budgets, expense reports, and financial summaries related to projects.
Requirements:
Education: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
Experience:
Proven experience in an administrative role (experience in the M&E industry is an advantage).
Familiarity with M&E terminology and documentation preferred.
Skills:
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with project management tools and software is a plus.
