Responsibilities

• Attend to public enquiries via phone or email on migrant worker housing related issues or applications
• Attend to routine dormitory licence related requests or applications via email/phone or internal system
• Assist in migrant worker housing related applications
• Communicate with dormitory operators via email and phone to obtain specific set(s) of information - a template would usually be provided, but candidate needs to be discerning enough to adapt the template replies according to specific circumstances
• Independently see through ad-hoc projects which may include data compilation (using excel) to consolidate findings or to update database – candidate needs to be familiar with basic excel functions such as sorting and filtering of data sets
