The Opportunity

• Greeting guests and performing check-in and check-out duties
• Creating a satisfactory level of engagement with guests by showing interest, anticipating requests, and engaging with them throughout their stay

About the role

The Executive will also look into the development and implementation of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

This is a 1-year contract position with the possibility of becoming permanent hire.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in the preparation of grant proposals and donor solicitation letters and emails

· Conduct research on prospective corporate, major, trust and public donors

· Build and manage personal and sustainable relationships with donors, including making cold calls to potential donors and building relationships with them

· Help organize, coordinate and carry out fundraising events and campaigns

· Assist with data entry, maintaining and updating donor databases and records

· Generate reports and data analysis on fundraising efforts

· Implement the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system

· Support the fundraising team in various administrative tasks as needed

· Collaborate with other departments to ensure fundraising efforts align with organizational goals

· Assist in creating marketing and communication materials to promote fundraising campaigns

Key skills

· Excellent communication (written and verbal) and negotiation skills

· Computer literacy and manage donor management application software

Person Specification & Qualifications

· Diploma or Degree from an accredited institution; Experience in fundraising or non-profit organisations will be a plus but not mandatory

· Ability to take initiative, priorities and work independently with limited supervision

· Ability to work effectively in a small, dynamic and motivated team

• To formulate and drive sales-advantageous country supplier programs dedicated to the company
• To drive performance for specific lines, working closely with Field Sales to achieve supplier objective as well as ensure a high conversion rate for RFQ.
• Establish & maintain strong supplier relationships for competitive pricing support, delivery support, product application & design-in goals / pipelines.
• Work with Field Sales (if any) and arrange joint visits to customers for Field Sales & Suppliers to increase mutual understanding & identify business opportunities.
• Consolidate quality market information from different sources, compile analytical reports and/or data as a reference for Management.

Job Description

• Quantity Surveying background, or claim management background.
• Performing piping works, experienced with claim management and details BOQ calculation.
• Able to read engineering piping isometric drawings.
• Bilingual (English & Mandarin), able to read & write. As the documents from head office (Taiwan) are mainly in Mandarin
• And other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirement

• At least 1 years admin experience
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office (outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Prefer construction engineering background or relevant experience
