Job Description:

• Running outbound campaigns (phone calls, emails, etc.) to create sales opportunities
• Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets
• Understanding and assessing client requirements, sharing proposal, deliver solution-based product presentations and demonstrations to clients
• Prospect relentlessly to build pipeline and build strong personal relationships with prospects
• Ensuring excellent customer service through regular client follow up
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
• Work with marketing team on planning and execution of marketing and promotional programs, telemarketing plans and campaigns
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders

• Location: Queentowns/Redhill
• Salary: $2500 - $3200
• Working Hours: 8am - 5.30pm

Job Duties:

• Manage logistics, including scheduling, room reservations (if applicable), and coordinating security arrangements.
• Provide timely updates to participants regarding class schedules, venues, and any changes to course dates.
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of essential materials, such as course materials, reports, attendance lists, and post-course survey links.
• Oversee the administration and compilation of end-of-course feedback.
• Serve as the main point of contact for trainers, vendors, and participants to ensure the smooth execution of courses.
• Keep the relevant authorities informed of upcoming courses.
• Ensure prompt invoicing and payment to trainers and vendors.
• Maintain up-to-date attendance records on the authority's platform.
• Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to, proper e-filing of documents for audit purposes and managing ad-hoc projects.

Requirements:

• Singaporean only
• Diploma and above
• Open to entry-level candidates, adaptable and flexible.
• Capable of providing insightful analysis based on post-course survey feedback.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
• Able to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
