Responsibilities

• Assist in Debts Collection & follow up of overdue account
• Prepare regular & monthly credit related reports to Finance manager/ HOD
• Assist in monitoring monthly debts collection performance
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies relating to non-payment of invoices
• Conduct aged balance review with Finance manager/ HOD to follow up review action
• To adopt collection best practices and apply relevant collections strategies to enhance effectiveness

The Opportunity

The role of Medical Sales/Key Account Executive is an integral part of the team. It’s the representative to our customers in both the clinic as well as the hospital settings throughout Singapore.

You will work both independently and within the Singapore team, to diligently plan, organize and carry out activities that will assist the company to meet targets and meet our high expectations for quality customer service.
