Job Scope:

• Prepare workshop venues, including room bookings, setup, and managing participant registration.

• Organize, clean, and analyze attendance and workshop records using Excel (pivot tables) or PowerBI to track trends and maintain accurate data, including managing cancellations for sessions below minimum thresholds.

• Communicate professionally with instructors, providing reminders, addressing logistical needs, and assisting with any last-minute requirements.

• Manage email queries and offer on-the-spot support to participants when necessary.

• Generate and distribute e-certificates for participants upon workshop completion.
