1. Perform full spectrum of HR operations duties
2. Work closely with business units to execute HR policies and government statutory requirements effectively and ensure compliances
3. Perform full cycle of payroll
4. Perform training administration duties and training grant application
5. Perform staff off-boarding process
6. Perform application, renewal and cancellation of work passes
7. Maintain HR database in system and P files
8. Assist to manage foreign worker work pass quota
9. Respond to government surveys
10. Perform HR reporting required by Management
11. Implement HR initiatives and company staff well-being activities
12. Apply HR related government grants
Requirements:
1. Degree or Diploma in HR Management or related field
2. At least 1 year experience in HR operations
3. Able to use Adaptive Payroll System is an added advantage
4. Good knowledge of Employment Act
5. Able work under a fast-paced work environment
6. Able to multi-task
7. Good communications skills
