• Attending to School General Office front-desk duties.
• Handling telephone calls and walk-in enquiries.
• Receiving in-coming mails / goods deliveries and arranging outgoing mails for posting.
• Maintaining, updating, and compilation of data.
• Attend to / assist unwell students.
• Logistical e.g. taking photos/videos and admin support for school programmes, events or resource preparation.
• Assist in other general admin duties when assigned.

Qualification

• Diploma or GCE ‘O’ level or higher.
• Conversant in at least two languages, English and a Mother Tongue language. Preference will be given to candidates who are conversant in English and Mandarin.
• Proficient in MS office i.e. Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
• Pleasant disposition, good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant experience in administration and/or customer service

Job Description :

Our client is a jewellery shop with various outlets in Singapore.

* Maintain and update stock records for jewelry inventory, ensuring accuracy at all times.

* Prepare regular inventory reports using Excel, including tracking of incoming and outgoing stock.

* Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.

* Coordinate with the sales and production teams to ensure proper stock control.

* Support the management with any additional administrative duties as required.

Requirements :

* Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.

* Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

* Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
