Work location: Woodleigh
Working hours: Mon - Fri, 12pm – 9pm and Sat, 9am – 1pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments and manage patient records
- Handling daily customer service and clinic administrative duties
- Provide basic advice to customers in medical treatments and attend to various enquiries
- Providing both pre and post treatment care
- Promote clinic services and speciality treatments
- Ensure a high level of care and service to patients
Requirements:
- Min 1-2 years’ experience as a Clinic Assistant or in a Customer Service or Admin related role
- Able to work 5.5 days
