JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
ยท Provide general administrative support and coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficient company operation
ยท Lease, maintain, and coordinate company dorms, manage rental agreements, and provide local services
ยท Monitor and track the status of shipments, ensuring timely deliveries and communicating any delays or issues to relevant stakeholders.
ยท Prepare proforma invoices, delivery orders, and packing lists for import/export transactions, adhering to all relevant regulations.
ยท Maintain organized filing systems for all company documents, including invoices, order confirmations, and delivery orders.
ยท Assist with printing, scanning, filing, and managing company documents, as well as data entry and basic record-keeping tasks.
ยท Ensure that office supplies are stocked and organized, coordinate supply orders, and handle minor office maintenance needs.
ยท Provide backup support to other departments and teams whenever necessary
ยท Any other projects and ad hoc duties as assigned

ยท Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese (as this role works closely with internal customers in China)
ยท Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
ยท Advantage will be given to candidates with prior experience handling import/export documentation.
