Job Scope:

• Provide administrative and secretarial support to CEO
• Maintain CEO's calendar, schedule appointments, meetings and calls
• Liase with clients, executives, and relevant stakeholders whose good will and respect are of critical importance
• Research, plan, and book travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, car rentals, airport transfers, restaurant reservations and activities.
• Prepare and obtain necessary travel documents, such as passports, visas, and travel insurance.
• Provide administrative support for office operations, including managing pantry supplies, coordinating with facility management and IT departments, overseeing company IT assets, facilitating new employee onboarding, organizing company gifting logistics, and coordinating meetings with a focus on logistics and venue arrangements.
• Uphold confidentiality and manage sensitive information with the utmost discretion.

Requirements:

• Experience in arranging travel itineraries
• Degree or diploma or professional studies
• Candidates with experience will be preferred
• Organized, detailed, and analytical
• Strongly proficient using Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Capable of working independently while also being a collaborative team player with a high level of integrity.

Salary Package:
- Basic Salary: $2200 - $2500

Working Location: River Valley / Tampines

Working Hours: 8am-6pm / 8am-7pm

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage daily operations: scheduling, communications, and record-keeping.
