Work Location: Hougang/ AMK area
Budget $2800/month
6 months Contract
Responsibilities:
• Provide accounts and administrative support to the Finance Manager.
• Issuing Quotations, Sales Order, Purchase Orders and sales invoices.
• Arranging shipments and processing shipping documents.
• Managing and processing office maintenance, pantry, and office purchases.
• Processing of online purchases.
• Run day-to-day errands and general office administration duties such office reception and answering phone calls.
• Any other ad-hoc works as per assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
• Minimum on Accounting/Business Administration or Shipping Background
• At least relevant experience in managing accounts, shipment and basic administrative task
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with good Excel skills.
• Good organisational and administrative skills.
• Tactful, reliability and attention to details
